About Quaglino

James A. Quaglino founded Quaglino Roofing in San Luis Obispo in 1922. Over the years, the company has worked statewide on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Some of these projects include the California Men's Colony, various Bank of Americas, AT&T and Pacific Bell facilities, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Cuesta College and Hearst Castle to name just a few.

In 1987, Covey 3 Partnership, now doing business under the name of Quaglino Properties, LLC, was created for the purpose of investing in and developing commercial real estate. Quaglino Properties specializes in: development, construction, leasing, maintenance and management of Quaglino-owned properties.
