James  Quaglino founded Quaglino Roofing over 90 years ago in 1922 in San Luis Obispo. Over the years the company has worked statewide on commercial, industrial and residential projects.  We work on many State of California projects, including the California Mens Colony, Atascadero State Hospital, Hearst Castle to name a few.  We work for public utility companies such as PG&E, AT&T, Pacific  Bell and the Gas Company.  We work for many school districts as well as community colleges and Cal Poly State University.  In addition to governmental work we work for many private property owners

Quaglino Properties was formed in 1987 for the purpose of investing and developing commercial and residential real estate. Quaglino Properties specializes in; development, construction, leasing, maintenance and management of Quaglino owned properties.
