1987, Covey 3 Partnership, dba Quaglino Properties, was created to develop and manage residential and commercial real estate investments. In March 2007, we converted to Quaglino Properties, LLC.

Some of our current tenants include: Digital West Networks, Economic Opportunity Commission (EOC), Sonic Solutions, The State of California, REC Solar, Ride-On Transportation, Qwest Communications, and American General Media.

In an effort to suit the needs of current and future tenants, Quaglino Properties, LLC, which continues to provide the same quality properties we have become known for, develops multi-tenant or single tenant buildings and multi-use projects.

We lease space ranging from single person offices as small as 150 square feet to large commercial complexes of 44,000 square feet. Our company has developed a reputation founded on integrity, quality properties and exceptional tenants.
